Mono Printing
Definition: Mono printing is a from of picture making technique that has images or outlines that cannot exactly be reproduced.
Procedure:
- Select desired paint
- place paint on tile then use a brayer to spread the paint evenly on the surface
- Use your finger to create a design in the paint on the tile
- Place a piece of cartridge paper of about 7x8cm over the design that was made
- Place a piece of newspaper over the cartridge paper
- Use your hand to rub the paper in a forward and backward position
- Lift the paper away from the title to view the outcome of the design
